How to find a creator’s official page

Follow the link trail, not just a familiar photo.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Start with a public account or website you already trust, then compare its outbound links and handles. A matching photo or a familiar name alone is weak evidence.

Look for a consistent link trail

A creator may use different display names across services, so look for connections rather than a perfect name match. A link from their established website or public social profile is more useful than a random account using the same image. Read the destination address before entering account details.

Be cautious with screenshots of links. A screenshot can be outdated or edited, and it does not show where a clickable button actually leads. Navigate from the known page whenever possible.

Treat directories as discovery tools

An ad listing can help you discover a profile, but placement is not independent identity verification. Our directory uses advertising-provider data and tracking links. It does not establish that a person is who they claim to be.

Names, profile photos, and prices can change. If two listings appear similar, compare the actual destination handle and the creator’s established channels. Do not pay simply because a listing looks polished or appears near the top of a page.

Stop when the route becomes strange

A request to install software, reveal a login code, or send an unexpected payment elsewhere is a reason to stop and verify through a known channel. Urgency does not make the request more credible.

If you still cannot establish the right profile, it is fine to leave the decision unresolved. Ask through the creator’s established public account if that option exists. Do not contact unrelated people with the same name or try to uncover someone’s private identity. The goal is to locate a page they have chosen to share.

Put it into practice

  1. Start from an established public channel.
  2. Compare links and handles, not just images.
  3. Never share login codes to “verify” a profile.

A practical guide, not official platform policy. Confirm current account settings, offers, and requirements directly with the service. Read our editorial approach.
